You'll be grand! I did it last year ...Hi John, <br />You'll be grand! I did it last year on about the same amount of training. It's a great experience. Get up to doing a 100k during the training and you will be sorted for the Ring of Kerry. Don't forget to use the bike to work scheme to get your bike (if you're working.) So worth it. Also don't drop the running altogether as your lungs will have a panic attack when you try to run at your old easy pace if you do that.....cycling fit doesn't necessarily translate to running fit unfortunately.
