We challenge ourselves to follow through with a goal, realise a dream and test ourselves in a tough situation. You'll be amazing! I've no doubt sub 3:30 is in you. Bring on Tralee! :-)
p.s. thanks for the mention mister!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6689285937430756767.post-14263422457514522922014-10-16T09:50:18.793+01:002014-10-16T09:50:18.793+01:00Great read once again John. It requires maintaining 5:00/km which according to the HR training is around my threshold. If I can maintain it for a Half, I'm really going to have to push myself for a full. Will document my training plan here as I'm going. Thanks DeeJohn Qhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15642540402784644554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6689285937430756767.post-22564918465451266282014-10-16T08:56:13.604+01:002014-10-16T08:56:13.604+01:00Well done you for picking a goal and putting it ou...Well done you for picking a goal and putting it out there! Think of it this way.....if we stay healthy and stick around long enough there will be loads of time for the glamour races.

I have no doubt you will exceed your goals with the new training plan. It sounds really well thought out and I may be jumping on the HR bandwagon over the winter........it seems to be what all the cool kids are doing :P

ElDeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18314363228375125263noreply@blogger.com
